Code of Conduct

This code of conduct applies to JuntoGroups spaces — the knowledge base, community forums, events, and any affiliated gatherings.

  • Good faith engagement — Seek understanding, not victory
  • Respect — Treat every person with dignity, regardless of background or disagreement
  • Generosity — Share knowledge freely; help without keeping score
  • Honesty — Represent your views and experience accurately
  • Confidentiality — What’s shared in Junto meetings stays in Junto meetings (Chatham House Rule)
  • Accountability — Follow through on commitments; own your mistakes
  • Personal attacks, harassment, or intimidation
  • Sharing others’ private information without consent
  • Deliberately misrepresenting someone’s position
  • Sustained disruption of meetings or discussions
  • Discrimination based on identity
  • Using the community primarily for recruitment, sales, or self-promotion

If you experience or witness a code of conduct violation:

  1. Contact a community steward — Each Junto group designates stewards for this purpose
  2. Be specific — Describe the behavior, not the person’s character
  3. Expect confidentiality — Reports are handled privately
